BIO
Kayla Gideon and Paul Carrizosa are the co-owners of Carreon Financial, a payment processing company that serves small businesses and nonprofits across Arizona. Paul served in the U.S. Air Force before working in I.T. and Finance. Kayla has worked in corporate sales and marketing for over 10 years. In 2022 they joined forces and founded Carreon Financial and Carreon Payments together.
Both Arizona natives, Kayla and Paul have traveled the world through their careers, visiting a combined total of 25 countries. Their experiences abroad provided them with a unique global perspective and a wealth of diverse professional insights. After years of working internationally, they decided to return to their roots, focusing their efforts on supporting the local community they grew up in and contributing to the prosperity of Arizona.
Beyond their professional endeavors, Kayla and Paul are deeply committed to community service and charity work. They serve on the board of directors for the YMCA East Valley, helping with strategic planning and fundraising efforts to support youth development and healthy living initiatives. They also serve on the board of the National Football Foundation Southern Arizona Chapter where they raise money to allow the foundation to award students with athletic and scholastic excellence with scholarships for college. They are also active in several other local charities such as Lily’s Pad, Hope for the Homeless, Herencia Guadalupana Lab Schools and several others! Their company provides free payment processing and event sponsorship for most of these Arizona-based non-profit organizations.
Both are deeply moved by this foundation's cause as both have family members that have/had cancer, with several family members being taken away from them by Cancer. They understand the ways that Cancer impacts your life on so many different levels, including the financial burden. They are hoping to raise money for the foundation in honor of their family members that have been impacted.
