Meet Ellie! ​Ellie is a spirited 10-year-old with a deep passion for nature, creativity, and the performing arts. Whether she is exploring the great outdoors, taking the stage, or serving her community, she approaches every new adventure with a bright smile and a kind heart. ​This past year has been full of growth for Ellie.

She officially joined the Cub Scouts as part of Pack 301, where she continues to build her skills and love for the environment. Her love for performance also took center stage this year as she joined the East Valley Children's Theatre ensemble—a perfect stepping stone toward her big dream of becoming a professional singer! ​When she isn’t at a scout meeting or rehearsing for a show, Ellie is likely off-roading with her family, hunting for desert rocks to transform into painted masterpieces. She also enjoys tending to her plants, swimming with friends, and playing with her beloved cat and dog. An active member of her church community, Ellie is honored to return to the runway once again to support the Courage Under Cancer Foundation! Vance's bio - ​Meet Vance! ​Vance is honored to be sharing the runway today in a special duo with his daughter, Ellie.

A near-lifelong resident of Arizona, Vance’s deep roots in the community are matched only by his incredible strength and resilience. ​As a long-time warrior against Type 1 Diabetes and End-Stage Renal Disease, Vance is a 2013 kidney transplant recipient currently navigating the challenges of dialysis. His journey is a testament to the "Courage" this foundation celebrates, and he walks today to inspire others facing similar health battles. ​When he isn’t at the center of the action, Vance is the Captain of the family’s off-road adventures. He is happiest behind the wheel of his Jeep, skillfully navigating the desert trails he has explored for decades.

Above all, Vance is a proud father to his three adult children—Cameron, Josh, and Emily—and of course, his youngest partner-in-crime, Ellie. He is thrilled to support such a vital cause and to make another lasting memory on the stage today.
