All donations made to Courage Under Cancer are considered voluntary contributions to support our mission and are non-refundable.
However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate transactions
Incorrect donation amounts entered in error
Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
If Courage Under Cancer hosts paid events, workshops, or fundraisers, the following applies:
- Refund eligibility will be stated clearly at the time of registration
- If no specific policy is stated, refunds may be requested up to 7 days before the event
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, except in exceptional circumstances
If an event is canceled by Courage Under Cancer, registrants will be eligible for a full refund or the option to transfer their registration.
If merchandise is sold:
- Refunds or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt
- Items must be returned in original condition (unless defective)
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
